How It Works
​On receiving a complaint CCCP will contact each person involved in the dispute to try and find a satisfactory resolution.
​Consumers can approach CCCP by phone, email or fax and on receiving a complaint CCCP will contact each person involved to try and find a satisfactory resolution. While the aim is to resolve most complaints within 30 days, this isn´t always possible, especially when the issue is complicated or there is a lack of co-operation from the parties involved.
